🛡️ Pre-Purchase Transparency

Before you make any commitment, you have the right to request real, detailed photos and videos of your selected watch. We want you to feel fully confident in what you're purchasing down to the finest detail. No stock images. No surprises. Just honest, clear visuals of the exact piece you're interested in.

💳 Down Payment & Refund Eligibility (Before Shipping)

To reserve your watch, a 50% down payment of the total price is required after you’ve reviewed the visuals and are satisfied with the product.

We understand that flexibility matters,

That’s why you can request a full refund of your down payment at any point before your watch is handed over to the shipping company.

Once your order has been shipped and is in the hands of the courier, the down payment becomes non-refundable, as the piece is now securely on its way to you.

🔁 Post-Delivery: Warranty & Exchange Policy

Once your watch arrives:

• 1 year in the Master Quality Collection and 2-year warranty in the Swiss Elite Collection against any manufacturing defects or functional malfunctions.
  
• after wearing the watch, you are entitled to:
  
• A full refund, or
• An exchange with another piece of the same model, or
• If you prefer to switch to a different model:

You will only pay the price difference if the new model is more expensive.

• If the new model is cheaper, you’ll receive an immediate refund of the difference.

And if you want any exchange that has to be with in 24 hours of receiving your watch.

In all cases, the watch must be returned to Aan Watches House for inspection. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we’ll process your request immediately and at no extra cost.

✅ Key Conditions for Warranty & Refund Validity

• manufacturing defects or internal malfunctions not to accidental damage, water exposure (unless specified as waterproof), or general wear and tear.
• The watch must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories provided, return shipping is fully covered by Aan Watches Houseyou won’t pay a single cent.
  
• Returns for manufacturing issues will
  not incur any restocking or handling fees.
